Quantos provides full support and maintenance for clients and client development projects.

We usually provide this under a simple retainer basis adjusted to expected volume and complexity of the scenario. Work is charged on an incident and/or hourly charge basis and all incidents are logged on our servers (available through admin if you have a client logon).

We can also provide longer-term content and performance management contract which can include technical maintenance and technical support for the web. Usually this includes ongoing analysis, consultancy, advise and ongoing content management as well as routine updates and the commissioning of new applications or updates for the website.

Quantos clients typically use our support facility to provide hi-tech trouble-shooting on an 'emergency only' basis or for week to week or monthly site maintenance where there are the in-house experience is lacking or where it is simply acknowledged that it's better to outsource this kind of rapidly evolving area to a specialist outside resource.
