We also provide advice on the formation, gestation and likely timescales involved for any single development. This usually takes the form of a written, costed proposals that we ask clients to sign-off on commencement but we leave it to our clients to decide if they would prefer to use their own project managers and systems or ours.

Project management is also available as an entirely separate discipline where Quantos has no further role in the project.

Good project management ensures that projects not only get delivered on time and on budget but also that they have been fully considered beforehand, properly briefed and that all parties involved know what's required, and when, and what the likely benefits and risks of the project are.

With larger and more complex projects against either a capped budget or timescale (or both) it is essential to lock-down the project into phases and milestones and to prevent too much time-slippage, ballooning ("project creep"), procrastination and changes off the original schedule. Your project manager can help with all these things.
