Quantos have been providing raw code (html) solutions since 1997 and more advanced programming even earlier.

Raw code is the industry specific jargon for the basic page description language, html (hypertext markup language), that is used for all pages operating under the http (hypertext tranfer protocol) protocol - otherwise known as the internet.

These days there is a profusion of languages that could arguably be considered part of the raw code banner. Quantos also includes all the basic html variations (html, htm, shtml, xhtml, etc) and the newer xml standard (extendible markup language) as well as JavaScript and CSS in this fold. The ability to raw code sites is essential for even the smallest sites where cross-browser compatability is required (when isn't it?) and when commercial web page editing systems such as GoLive!, Dreamweaver or FrontPage fall down, don't work or need correcting. Which they do frequently. If you're relying on these systems alone without any raw code support you may run into more problems than you might have realised. CSS, on the other hand, can now also be applied more widely and confidently than before with the improved converging of standards based on the w3c/w3.org standards convergence programme. Ordinary web pages can now begin to look far less ordinary for a lot less time and effort.
