Of course, the exact process varies from project to project - and we always aim to develop long-term relationships with clients - but we can assist with all or any part of the process between analysis and emarketing or project management with your own team handling the balance. For example, you may only require a consultant at the database development and scripting stage or vise versa at the concept/creative development stage.
a planned approach
Usually, we agree all key deliverables for each
stage of the project beforehand and ask clients to sign-off each
phase
of
the
project in
sequential order - keeping the focus on the key deliverables
and the timetable.
Larger projects can also be managed and broken down using Microsoft Project and/or a project-related intranet created for the duration.
